- Pozadavky: pokud nemate 50 job: (70 000 zeny) / Old Magic Book, Necklace of Wisdom) / (30 000 zeny, 50 Clover, 50 Feather, 25 Squid Ink); 1 Feather of Birds, 1 Trunk, 1 Squid Ink, 1 Animal Skin, 1 Empty Bottle; (+ veci pre profesora)

- Postup:
1. cast - zapis
- Quest zacina v severovychodni casti Yuna, v Magician Academy (ostruvek vpravo nahore).
- Jakmile budete uvnitr, uvidite po sve leve ruce NPC, se kterym si musite promluvit a zaregistrovat se u nej.
- Pokud nemate job lvl 50, budete muset zaplatit poplatek ve vysi 70 000 zeny.
- Alternativni poplatek je Old Magic Book a Necklace of Wisdom (v tomto pripade nemusite platit).
- Pokud zvolite, ze je to pro vas prilis, mate jeste moznost donest 30 000 zeny, 50 Clover, 50 Feather a 25 Squid Ink.
2. cast - test
- Jakmile mate zaplaceny poplatek, jdete smerem nahoru skrz warp a pote zabocte doleva, kde najdete prvniho zkousejiciho.
- Budete muset splnit psany test, ktery ma 20 otazek. Za kazdou spravnou odpoved dostanete 5 bodu. Abyste prosel testem, musite dosahnout min 80 bodu.

3. cast - prakticka zkouska
- Pote co dokoncite psany test, ceka vas trocha toho bojovani.
- Jdete zpet do haly a tentokrat do prave mistnosti, kde vas bude cekat dalsi zkousejici.
- Promluvte si s nim a posle vas do cekarny, kde jen kliknete na chat mistnost a budete vpusteni do bojove areny.
1. skupina
- Prvni skupinu tvori agresivni Chonchon a Fabre. Neni to nic obtizneho. Pouzijte Fire Wall a ostatni jednoduse rucne vymlatte po jednom, nebo pouzivejte nizsi lvly boltu. Mate na to 3 minuty.
2. skupina
- Druha skupina se sklada z neagresivnich Lunaticu. Na zacatku se jich z 6 puvodnich vynori asi 30. Pokud mate Fire Wall, snazte se ho pouzit, co nejrychleji, nez se rozutecou. Pokud jsou nekde pohromade, pouzivejte Fire Ball. Ostatni dorazte podobnym zpusobem jako skupinku 1. Opet na to mate 3 minuty.
3. skupina
- Posledni skupinka obsahuje 5 Whisperu, avsak jen jeden v centru je agresivni, a toho musite zabit. Muzete pouzit Fire Wall nebo kombinaci Frost Diver a Lightning Bolt. Jakmile jej porazite, mate praktickou zkousku za sebou.
- Vratte se zpet za zkousejicim, ktery vas posle za nahodnym ze tri profesoru.
4. cast - profesor
1. Professor Saphien
- Nachadza sa v budove Sage Academy. Vydite z miestnosti spat na chodbu a vydajte sa dohora az na koniec chodby a potom dolava.
- Profesor sa vas spyta zopar otazok ohladom stromu Yggdrasil a potom vas poziada o donesenie jednej casti z neho. (mate na vyber Yggdrasil Berry, Yggdrasil Seed alebo Yggdrasil Leaf)(Ale nevezme si ho takže ho potom mate u sebe)
- Potom si vypocujete jeho prednasku o strome Yggdrasil.(
- Pak vás požádá o(když napíšete špatně esej bude to chtít znova):
- 1x Feather of Birds
- 1x Trunk
- 1x Squid Ink
- 1x Animal Skin
- 1x Empty Bottle
- Pote staci uz jen odklikavat a spravne tak sepsat esej.
Esej(opatrně je to v češtině ty odpovědi u něj, po dokončení eseje dostanete knížku s vaší esejí):

- Utgard where titans live,
- Midgard, where humans live in,
- Asgard, where gods live.
- A giant ash tree.
- Asgard, Jotunnheim, Niflheim.
- can restore half of total HP and SP.
- Esej musite zanest Deanovi, ktery se nachazi v budove v leve horni casti Yuna (tam, kde prestupujete na Advanced běžte furt rovně než na něj narazíte ).
- Pokud mate správně sepsanou esej, změnite se na Sage.
